Clear, honest answers so you can decide with confidence
We build AI automations and AI agents that take repetitive work off your team’s plate. Think about it! Faster replies, fewer missed leads, cleaner handoffs, and smoother day-to-day operations.
Onboarding is simple and structured. We start with a short discovery call to understand your goals, your current process, and what you want the AI to handle, then we map the workflow, build the agent/automation, test it with real scenarios, and launch—followed by a short optimization period to fine-tune performance.
To get started, we’ll need a few basics from you: access to the systems we’re connecting to (such as your calendar/CRM/phone system), your most common FAQs and any scripts you currently use, your business rules (hours, services, pricing, booking/qualification criteria), and a main point of contact for quick approvals during testing.
Typically within 1-2 weeks. It depends on what you want built. A straightforward setup can go live fairly quickly, while a bigger build with multiple tools and deeper logic naturally takes longer.
Yes, in most cases. We usually plug into what you already have and make it run smarter; only recommending changes when it genuinely improves results.
We typically charge a one-off setup fee, and a monthly maintenance fee for ongoing management and optimisation (i.e. API changes, prompt tuning, routing rules, new offers, seasonal campaigns).
Usually, a discovery-call, the build, integrations, testing, basic documentation, and a proper handover so your team knows exactly how it works.
Things like paid software subscriptions, large custom app development, or heavy data work are not typically included in the cost unless we scope it in from the start.
Most clients see quicker response times, fewer dropped leads, less admin work, and more consistency across follow-ups. The exact lift depends on where you’re starting from.
We measure success by first establishing a baseline from the last 30–60 days of the client's performance data, then setting 2–4 clear KPIs (e.g., booked appointments, response time, conversion rate, and hours saved). We then track these weekly in a simple dashboard and report monthly using a clear “before vs after” comparison.
We don’t promise “magic numbers” because results also depend on your offer, traffic, and team. But we do guarantee clear deliverables, thorough testing, and full visibility into performance.
Yes, within a clear set of boundaries. It can handle the full front-line flow: answer calls 24/7, greet the caller, ask the right questions, qualify the lead, and give accurate info based on what you approve (services, pricing rules, hours, locations, policies, etc.). It will also hand over to a human (human-in-the-loop) when a situation needs escalating, or something is unusual or sensitive.
Yes! It can book appointments into your calendar in real time, send confirmations and reminders, and follow up with missed calls or “not ready yet” leads by SMS, WhatsApp, Voice, email. And when your tools allow it, it can automatically log the call, update the contact/lead record, and push notes and outcomes into your CRM. If an integration isn’t reliable, it will still capture the details and notify your team so nothing slips through.
We integrate with most tools local businesses already use, especially anything that supports APIs, webhooks, or common connectors. That typically includes Google Workspace (Gmail/Calendar/Sheets), CRMs, website forms & chat, WhatsApp/SMS/email providers, payment links, and booking/appointment systems. If there isn’t a reliable way to do it properly, we’ll tell you upfront so you’re not wasting time or money.
Yes! We don’t just “launch and leave. After go-live, we monitor performance, fix issues, and keep improving the agent and automations based on real conversations and outcomes. If something breaks (for example, an API/integration change), we jump on it quickly—our response time depends on your support plan, and we’ll confirm the exact SLA with you upfront so expectations are clear.
You (the client) owns the custom workflows and assets built specifically for your business (i.e. automations, prompts, routing rules, dashboards, and SOPs) once payment is complete. We (the agency) retain ownership of our pre-built templates, frameworks, and internal methods (“background IP”), while you receive the right to use anything from that tool-kit that was used and is part of the automation build.
In a nutshell YES! "Data safety” is best judged by three things: (1) the agency’s real security controls (least-privilege access, encryption, logging, and an incident-response process), (2) a clear data-flow map plus a sub-processor list showing exactly where your data goes, what’s stored, and for how long, and (3) independent assurance like SOC 2 or ISO 27001 because that’s evidence the controls are actually assessed, not just claimed.
